Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Win SHSAT collects and uses information for SHSAT math practice, account history, and subscription access.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image if Google provides it. We also store practice activity, including tests taken, answers selected, scores, dates, question topics, and weak spot summaries.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Win SHSAT stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, renewal dates, and invoice history needed to manage access. We do not store full credit card numbers.

AI Processing

Win SHSAT uses OpenAI to generate practice question variants and explanations from the question bank. Prompts sent for generation may include question topics, source question patterns, difficulty, and related math content. We avoid sending unnecessary personal information in these prompts.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide sign-in, generate practice sets, save score history, identify weak question types, manage trials and subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Children and Students

Win SHSAT is intended for educational practice with involvement from a parent, guardian, or responsible adult when required. If you believe a child's account or data should be removed, use the Delete account option in My Account.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate the app, including Google for authentication, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for content generation, and hosting or database providers. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The app uses cookies and session storage required for authentication, account security, and normal app operation.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account and practice history while your account is active. You can delete your account and all practice history from My Account. Deleting your account also attempts to cancel any active subscription.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. Continued use of Win SHSAT after an update means the updated policy applies. Please also review our Terms of Use.
