Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Win SHSAT, an educational practice app for SHSAT math preparation. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Educational Use

Win SHSAT provides practice questions, explanations, scoring, and study history. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the New York City Department of Education or any specialized high school. We do not guarantee any admission result, test score, or academic outcome.

Accounts

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for any activity that occurs through your Win SHSAT account.

Trial, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Win SHSAT offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription currently priced at $20 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription from My Account. Cancellation ends renewal, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-Generated Practice Content

Questions and explanations may be generated or adapted using AI from the app's question bank. We work to keep content accurate, but AI-generated material can contain mistakes. Students should review explanations carefully and ask a parent, guardian, teacher, or tutor when something appears incorrect.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service, copy the question bank at scale, or use the app to create a competing question database.

Intellectual Property

The Win SHSAT app, branding, generated interface, and original content are owned by Win SHSAT or its licensors. You may use practice content for your own study, but you may not redistribute it commercially.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as we improve the service, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Win SHSAT is provided as is and without warranties. Win SHSAT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
